FREE Escrow Dispute Resolution 321-947-0922
When there is a dispute between a seller and a buyer as to who is entitled to the escrow deposit, the escrow company is usually placed in an uncomfortable position. When the seller and buyer cannot reach an agreement, the escrow company cannot release the money to either party without exposed to double or multiple liability
The law allows an escrow company to place the disputed escrow deposit in the registry of the court, to ask the court to release you from any liability as an escrow agent, and ask the buyer and seller to litigate their right to the funds.
If you are an escrow or title company, the Law Firm of Parti and Oliveira, PLLC can help you to deposit the money into the registry of the court and to be released from any liability at no cost to you in most cases.
