Since 2007, Attorney Vikas (“Vik”) Parti has represented individuals and businesses in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property matters, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Asset Protection. His practice includes a wide range of complex real estate transactions and development projects. He represents numerous investors, developers and operators with real estate acquisitions, developments, leases, and financing and closing transactions. 

His business law practice includes business startups, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of complex business transactions, business and corporate contracts and compliance. His experience extends across a variety of business industries, including healthcare groups, medical practices, physician groups and centers, communications, large retail groups, pharmaceuticals, biotech, manufacturing, restaurant chains and franchises and complex technology startups. He is also a licensed patent attorney and deals with a variety of intellectual property matters including trademark filings, prosecution, and infringement matters. 

Vik earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Webster University in 2003, and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2007. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 2007, a Member of the Texas Bar in 2023, and became licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2009.

In 2007, Vik worked for a large International Law Firm dealing in corporate and business law, Estate Planning, and Intellectual Property. In 2009, Vik founded his own practice, and in 2018 he joined in the creation of the firm Parti & Oliveira PLLC as a Managing Member of the firm.  Vik is also general counsel for a large physician association and has served as counsel for local Chambers of Commerce.

Jose G. Oliveira is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience in real estate and business litigation. Based in Orlando, Florida, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients in complex legal matters, including deposit disputes, breach of contract, foreclosures, quiet title actions, eminent domain, and property disputes. Jose’s knowledge extends to providing strategic counsel, managing real estate closings, and ensuring marketable titles.

Jose co-founded Parti and Oliveira, PLLC, where he has practiced since 2018. Before that, he ran his own practice, Jose G. Oliveira, P.A., for nearly a decade. In addition to his legal practice, Jose has a strong background in education and facilitation. He served as a facilitator for the International Right of Way Association, teaching courses on real estate law and negotiations, and as an adjunct professor at Florida Southern College, where he taught Business Ethics.

Jose holds a Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from Florida Southern College. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His former professional designations include Senior Right of Way Agent and Florida State County Mediator, and he has been recognized multiple times for his contributions to the International Right of Way Association.

Fluent in Spanish, Jose brings a bilingual edge to his practice, enhancing his ability to serve a broader clientele in the diverse Central Florida region.
