Since 2007, Attorney Vikas (“Vik”) Parti has represented individuals and businesses in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property matters, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Asset Protection. His practice includes a wide range of complex real estate transactions and development projects. He represents numerous investors, developers and operators with real estate acquisitions, developments, leases, and financing and closing transactions.
His business law practice includes business startups, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of complex business transactions, business and corporate contracts and compliance. His experience extends across a variety of business industries, including healthcare groups, medical practices, physician groups and centers, communications, large retail groups, pharmaceuticals, biotech, manufacturing, restaurant chains and franchises and complex technology startups. He is also a licensed patent attorney and deals with a variety of intellectual property matters including trademark filings, prosecution, and infringement matters.
Vik earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Webster University in 2003, and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2007. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 2007, a Member of the Texas Bar in 2023, and became licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2009.
In 2007, Vik worked for a large International Law Firm dealing in corporate and business law, Estate Planning, and Intellectual Property. In 2009, Vik founded his own practice, and in 2018 he joined in the creation of the firm Parti & Oliveira PLLC as a Managing Member of the firm. Vik is also general counsel for a large physician association and has served as counsel for local Chambers of Commerce.
Jose Oliveira is one of the founding attorneys of the law firm of Parti & Oliveira, PLLC. Jose limits his practice to real estate law. He earned an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Puerto Rico in 1986, a Business Administration Degree from Florida Southern College in 1997, and a Juris Doctor Degree

Jose became a member of the Florida Bar in 2009. Prior to becoming an attorney, he purchased millions of dollars of real estate working as an Acquisition Agent with the Orange County Real Estate Management Division from 1993 to 2009. He was a Senior Right of Way Agent with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), from 1999 to 2020; an Adjunct Professor at Florida Southern College, Orlando Campus, from 2008 to 2009; and a certified County Mediator from June 2006 to June 2008. Jose received the IRWA Chapter 26 Professional of the Year award in 2003 and 2007.
